What we work on

What we do not do
- We do not perform regulated electrical installation work. Where a fix requires it, we coordinate with a licensed contractor.
- PLC logic changes are outside this diagnostic service; any corrective work is scoped separately with the responsible team.
- We do not operate, energize or restart your equipment.
- We do not sell hardware, so we have no reason to conclude that you need to buy some.
- Any intrusive test requires an agreed method and your authorization before it begins.
Planning for intermittent faults
Intermittent faults may not occur during a single site visit. The frequency and operating conditions of the fault help determine the appropriate observation period.
We discuss monitoring requirements during scoping and identify whether a longer-duration approach is appropriate. Additional work is defined and approved before it begins.
